Fees, Insurance and Payment Policy

At your initial consultation visit, Dr. Lang or one of the front office managers will discuss the fee for your particular treatment. Our office also accepts many insurance plans. Please call the office first to ensure that we accept your particular insurance.

The uncovered (not paid for by insurance) part of the treatment fee (or entire fee if there is no insurance coverage) can always be paid for with a no-interest monthly payment plan arranged through our office. This is not third party financing and everyone qualifies. The payments can be made with cash, check or credit card. Payments can be arranged over a two-year period (longer if needed). The account does not have to be paid in full for braces to be removed, however, the account must be current.

Treatment can be initiated with as large or as small a down payment as desired. We strive for flexibility and ease regarding the payment of treatment. All we ask is that regular monthly payments be maintained on time until completely paid in full. The fee is always fixed and can never increase as a result of unforeseen treatment issues.

The treatment fee includes diagnostic records (models, photos and X-rays), placement of braces or other appliances, all adjustment visits and one set of retainers as well as all follow-up retainer check-ups. If retainers are lost or broken from lack of proper care, there will be a modest additional cost. Retainers broken from normal wear and tear are replaced at no cost.
